Employment Solicitors in London, UK
Noted in the Legal 500 for its “contentious prowess”, the Employment Department at BWB is recommended as a leader in its field. Although known for our pre-eminence as employment lawyers and employment solicitors to the not for profit sector (including quasi public/NGOs), we also have a large commercial clientele (in particular in the fields of education, housing and employment agencies) and frequently act for high net worth individuals.
The majority of our work as employment solicitors in London and the UK involves helping clients to resolve workplace disputes through practical solution-focussed advice. We are highly experienced at negotiating positive outcomes and, where necessary, conducting cases in the Courts and Tribunals. Only rarely do we instruct Barristers as we have extensive advocacy experience ourselves. Consequently we are able to avoid the duplication of legal costs and give clients a telephone to Tribunal service which is just about unique in the City.
