Type of Work
• Advising predominantly employer clients on a broad range of employment law and HR issues, including handling grievances and disciplinaries, managing sickness absence, restructuring and carrying out redundancies and all types of discrimination;
• Drafting and reviewing contracts of employment, consultancy agreements and policies;
• Representation at employment tribunals;
• Preparing contentious cases for hearing and negotiating settlements

Pro Bono Activities
• Trained adviser for a charity providing special educational needs advice to parents and carers;
• Adviser at Blackfriars Advice Centre
