• Claims relating to residential property under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985

• Acting for a national registered social landlord in relation to a number of appeals to the High Court.
• Advising a national advisory body in connection with all its landlord and tenant disputes including dilapidations claims, claims for new leases and breach of covenant claims.
• Advising a number of the largest unions in the country in connection with all property related disputes including claims to equity in property, all aspects of landlord and tenant disputes and possession claims as both occupier and landlord.
• Acting on behalf of a popular central London attraction in defence of forfeiture proceedings.
• Acting on behalf of a large London academic institution in relation to all property related disputes.
• Acting on behalf of an international religious organisation in connection with a dispute over the ownership of a UK religious centre.
• Advising an individual in connection with a dispute arising out of a multi-million pound development.
