Clore Social Leadership Programme and BWB are delighted to invite you to the launch of a new study into women leaders of the voluntary sector. The first study of its kind, Close to Parity builds a picture of women's representation and participation in the voluntary sector and asks what more can be done to support women to smash the sector glass ceiling once and for all? Join us in celebrating the women who lead our sector and take part in an energetic debate on what more we can all do to ensure that the voluntary sector is the first to empower its people to achieve a level playing field:

Dame Mary Marsh, Director, Clore Social Leadership
