Challenge events – the basics and the detail
This event is now over and took place on 09:00 Tue 22 Jan 2013
This half day seminar will cover legal, tax and VAT issues for challenge events – including an analysis of the contracts between the parties, how to avoid an unexpected VAT bill and how to maximise Gift Aid.
We will also explain which events trigger the package travel regulations and how to comply, and what you need to do when your event includes flights. With experienced practitioners delivering the sessions, and plenty of time for questions and discussion, this will be useful for those new to challenge events and those wanting the latest update.
