Speakers

Laura Soley, Partner
Laura is a partner in BWB’s Charity and Social Enterprise Department. She has particular specialism in trusts, endowments and legacies. Laura advises charities in relation to all aspects of charity legacies, including legacy fundraising and administration, restricted legacies and contentious issues.

Rob Oakley, Partner
Rob is a partner in BWB’s Dispute Resolution Department and has acted for hundreds of charities in dispute. His caseload includes a wide range of contentious probate claims.

Leticia Jennings, Associate
Leticia specialises in chancery and commercial disputes, with a particular focus on contested probate and legacy disputes. Her client base includes charities/not for profit organisations, educational institutions, trustees and private individuals

Fiona Riley, Scope
Fiona is currently Legacy Manager at Scope, and a committee member of the Legacy and In Memoriam Marketing Special Interest Group. She has previously held roles at National Autistic Society, RNID, Marie Curie and National Osteoporosis Society.
