Duties of Charity Trustees will examine in depth the role and responsibilities of a charity trustee. The session will clarify what is required of boards and trustees, outline the legal obligations, examine the roles within a board and impart the principles behind good governance. The session is led by Lindsay Driscoll, a former Legal Comissioner of the Charity Commission with over 30 years' experience in charity law and governance. Lindsay is a co-author of the popular Bates Wells Braithwaite publication that gave rise to this event, Duties of Charity Trustees (click here to download in PDF form).
