What is changing relating to governance problems and effective solutions? This Critical Governance Masterclass highlights next generation approaches to confronting governance challenges. Where are boards going for solutions? The facilitated discussions will bring you bang up to date with governance shifts , emerging trends and suggested best practice. The speakers will draw on Onboard’s latest Guidance - Governing with Intent and Wired to Govern as well as share patterns and practices emerging from Canada and BoardSource in USA.

This session aimed at Chairs, Board members, Chief Executives , Senior Leadership Team members and board advisers will look at emerging and best practices for boards and how these can strengthen board performance.
