Sponsored by Bates Wells Braithwaite, the AoC Employment Law Conference is the essential event for HR professionals in the FE sector. This is your opportunity to get the latest updates on employment legislation and gain advice from the legal experts on the sector challenges you’re facing, including the impact of area reviews, the implications of TUPE and an update on the new safeguarding guidance.

In the morning, William Garnett, Partner and Head of Employment, will be leading a session on organisational transformation - is the college fit for purpose? This session will explore whether the obstacles to transformation are cultural or contractural. 

Lucy McLynn, Partner in BWB's Employment department, will be giving an employment law update in the afternoon. This session will cover legislation updates, important recent case law and dicuss what is on the horizon.
