Louise Rea quoted in response to recent Duty of Care case

A court in Oslo has found the Norwegian Refugee Council guilty of gross negligence after failing in its duty of care after four of its staff members were kidnapped in Kenya in 2012; a case which has significant implications for security in the aid industry.
