On 9 February 2015, Bates Wells Braithwaite will move offices to 10 Queen Street Place, London EC4, on the north side of Southwark Bridge, overlooking the river Thames.
BWB is taking over the completely open plan first floor from King & Wood Mallesons.
The new office will provide a modern, comfortable space for the firm as it continues its expansion. The facilities will provide the extra space necessary for the many training sessions, seminars, breakfast briefings and other events that BWB delivers for its clients. The new premises will be equipped with state-of-the-art IT, particularly for business continuity and disaster recovery.
Martin Bunch, Managing Partner, commented: “We’ve enjoyed our 10 years in the St Paul’s environment, but the new office will bring the whole firm together on one single floor. Open plan working will create greater synergies and efficiencies in the firm, which will benefit both clients and staff. We will have larger and better client meeting spaces, with access to a river view for special occasions. It is an exciting new era for us, and the move provides us with many opportunities.”
