The area of conflict of rights (i.e. where there is an incompatibility between rights of different individuals or groups) is one in which we are seeing increasing numbers of legal cases. Often, the conflict in question is between the rights or protections of homosexual relationships and the religious belief of those who consider homosexual relationships sinful.
