BWB's Claire Whittle has been quoted in Third Sector regarding the recent reforms to judicial review proceedings.
These reforms mean that charities are not exempt from providing financial information in judicial review proceedings, which means charities will have to reveal the details of how a review is funded.
Claire has been quoted as saying that she is concerned the reforms could have a chilling effect on charities' ability to bring applications for judicial review.
