The Lawyer has reported on Bates Wells Braithwaite's recent appointment as “one-stop-shop” providers on the National Legal Services Framework, awarded by the London Universities Purchasing Consortium.
The article outlined how the LUPC selected ten firms for the panel, with four (including BWB) providing a "one-stop-shop" service to the universities, colleges, government agencies, research organisations, museums and other cultural establishments that make up the LUPC membership.
The LUPC told the Lawyer, “Following the conclusion of a fiercely competitive process, we believe that we have appointed high calibre, expert firms and have provided a framework which will enable our national Member Institutions to benefit from savings in both costs and tendering time as well as meeting the legal services needs of our Members.”
