Helene is a solicitor in the charity and social enterprise department and a member of the education team. She advises charities and educational institutions (including schools, academy trusts and universities) on a range of legal and commercial matters including formation and registration, constitutional and regulatory compliance and general charity and company law. She has experience in the Special Educational Needs field, having previously practised at a specialist education law firm where she advised on the SEN legal framework and represented clients at the Special Educational Needs and Disability Tribunal.
