Jaqui practices in the firm’s Dispute Resolution department, and is also a member of the Legacies, Trusts & Probate Disputes team.

She advises a variety of charitable and commercial clients on a wide range of contractual and tortious disputes, with experience of litigation in the County Court, High Court (including QBD and the Commercial Court) and mediation.

Examples of recent work 

  • Advising a charity client on submitting a statutory challenge of a decision of the Welsh Ministers in respect of a planning enquiry
  • Advice in respect of a contractual dispute concerning the purchase of shares
  • Advising a charity client on making challenges to a decision of the Charity Commission
  • Obtaining funds for a client resulting from a breach of contract for services
