After qualifying with DLA Piper, Louise moved to Gordons where she advised both employers and employees, with an emphasis on retail and education sectors, on a mixture of contentious and non-contentious work. Louise is an experienced Tribunal advocate and has successfully represented both Claimants and Respondents. Louise also has significant experience as a legal trainer; in particular, delivering a large-scale training project for WM Morrison Supermarkets. Louise joined the Employment department at Bates Wells Braithwaite in January 2014.
