Mathew joined Bates Wells Braithwaite in 2009 from one of the world's top trade marks consultancy firms, where he was responsible for the IP portfolios of major UK and international clients. He is a trade mark attorney with over 11 years’ experience of assisting clients with registration and protection of their intellectual property rights. His specialities include assisting public and third sector organisations, registration and management of large international trade mark portfolios, and the effective resolution of trade mark disputes without resorting to court action.
