Experience

Natalie acts for a wide range of clients including AIM listed companies, private limited companies, limited liability partnerships and charities. Natalie advises across a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. She works extensively on private company mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets work, company reorganisations & demergers and banking & finance. Her work also includes advising on outsourcing, commercial contracts, terms and conditions of trade, limited liability partnership agreements, supply of service agreements and tender documents.
