Pippa has experience of working with a wide range of charities and social enterprises on legal and commercial issues, including corporate structure, governance and fund raising. Pippa also advises on the formation and registration of new charities and social enterprises. Having trained and worked at a magic circle law firm, Pippa has experience in a range of corporate and finance departments and has worked on a large number of high value and cross-border transactions.
