Rachel provides legal and administrative support to the Charity and Social Enterprise Team. She has assisted in setting up new charitable ventures both within the UK and worldwide, including incorporation and registration of new charities and discussions around the structure of new entities. She has experience with due diligence, for example in preparation for mergers and financial restructuring. She also provides support by way of legal research, for fee earners and the firm’s wider PSL team.
