Rebecca joined the Real Estate team upon completing her training at a nearby city law firm. Rebecca has acted for a range of commercial clients in many aspects of commercial property transactions, including disposals of freehold and leasehold property, landlord and tenant and development work.

  • Acted for an individual investor on the day-to-day leasehold management of a commercial business park let to a local council and sublet to a number of industrial tenants
  • Acted for an international asset management company on the leasehold management aspects of three retail parks
  • Acted for a large-scale residential developer on the development, site set-up and subsequent off plan sales in relation to a high specification residential development in a mixed use regeneration scheme in London
  • Acted for an international asset management company on an office and industrial portfolio sale
  • Advised a number of commercial clients in relation to lease renewals and dilapidations

Pro bono, memberships and appointments

  • Completed the eight-month, Advocates for International Development (A4ID) Annual Law and International Development Training Programme, 2012-2013
  • Provides advice and support to A4ID projects in relation to international development
  • Acted as a support advocate for families of children and young people with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions
  • Acted as a mentor to teenagers from under-privileged backgrounds, looking for further education through the London Schools Bursary Scheme
