Senior Paralegal


Roshni supports the Social Finance team, and the wider Charity and Social Enterprise team on a range of matters, including establishing entities, registrations with regulatory bodies (including Charity Commission, HMRC, FCA), structural reorganisations, and providing advice on governance matters.

Roshni also supports the Health and Social Care team across the firm, mainly by advising on charity restructures.
