The commissioning of community pharmacy services is the responsibility of Clinical Commissioning Groups.

Local Pharmaceutical Committees (‘LPCs’) have been established to represent community pharmacy contractors in a defined geographical area, in their negotiations and discussions with primary care trusts and local authorities in connection with pharmacy services.

We are able to advise LPCs on all aspects of establishing themselves into consortia, including the appropriate legal form to take and all subsequent legal advice.
