Dinah Tuck
Partner

Dinah has specialised in public and regulatory law for 15 years, with a background prior to that in general dispute resolution. She works in all areas of public law, specialising in professional regulatory and disciplinary work. She is also active in the firm's health and social care group, focussing on care homes, regulation, child protection and safeguarding of vulnerable adults. Dinah is a member of the Association of Regulatory and Disciplinary Lawyers.

Qualification and experience
• Oxford University BA Hons History 1986
• 20 years' experience in litigation/regulatory and public law
• All areas of regulatory/public law, specialising in professional regulatory and disciplinary work and in the social care and education sectors

• Advising various professional membership bodies and charities in respect of complaints and disciplinary rules, processes and cases
• Drafting complaints and disciplinary procedures, Codes of Conduct and investigations protocols
• Representation in Disciplinary Tribunals
• Advising and representing individual and corporate registrants in statutory fitness to practise proceedings
• Advising on child protection and vulnerable adult procedures
• Lecturing and training on Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act
• Advising on various judicial review cases
