An intensive day-long seminar designed to bring you a practical look into the process of formally assessing your board.
The session will further equip to assess and review the performance of your board. It will also provide a refresher for those who have carried out assessments previously. Are you undertaking a governance review? At what point does the board get to meet the governance advisers/consultant? We will provide a resource bank and signpost participants to emerging and promising practices in this area. An absolute treat for anyone involved in supporting board governance - you will find it stimulating, useful and informative.
This practical session which demystifies the assessment framework can be attended by Chief Executive, Chairs, Executive Team Members, Trustees or Governance Advisors.

12.00pm Step-by step processes for effective board assessment, focusing on a variety of formats
2.15pm Collating the results and analysing the findings
3.45pm Pulling it all together, drawing up an action plan and evaluating the process

A cancellation within 21days – 7 days of an event, will incur an administration fee of £25.
