Bates Wells Braithwaite is delighted to be partnering with the Institute of Legacy Management (ILM) on their Annual Conference on 11 May. The event will offer delegates a unique blend of news and views from the world of charity legacies.
This year’s agenda will, as always, be diverse and of interest to all those working within the sector. A range of speakers from BWB will host two dynamic sessions on the day. The first will cover recent legal cases as well as the Law Commission’s consultation on wills and GDPR, while the second will focus on executors (costs and communication), property legacies and refusing a legacy.
The day will also include a market update from Meg Abdy of Legacy Foresight, a session hosted by Dying Matters and a topical panel discussion, with further talks to be scheduled.
The event as a whole also offers networking opportunities for like-minded legacy professionals to meet with each other and share their experiences.
The event will be held at etcvenues, 155 Bishopsgate, located right next to Liverpool Street station.
