BWB's Simon Steeden has written an article in the Solicitors Journal regarding charities and political campaigning.

Many trustees will now be considering how Brexit could affect their charity and whether it would be appropriate to join the debate. Legal constraints surrounding political activities are not new to charities, but Simon discusses that provided they take into account the relevant charity and election law, charities should not be deterred from joining the EU referendum debate.
