BWB's Melanie Carter has been quoted in response to recent judicial review changes.
These changes mean that charities which bring judicial review proceedings could now be made to name their supporters and donors, who could then end up being hit with substantial costs.
Melanie has stated that it is not clear what information about donors and members the courts might make public, or whether those details might be handed to other parties in the review.
