Bates Wells Braithwaite is pleased to announce our new role as a corporate partner of the Institute of Legacy Management, the membership body for charity legacy professionals.
BWB’s Legacies team looks forward to collaborating with the ILM on a variety of initiatives for legacy managers and fundraisers, beginning with a seminar on 30th March focusing on legacy fundraising in a changing fundraising landscape including the implications of the Fundraising Regulator’s new consultation on the Code of Fundraising Practice.
Our Legacies team advises charities on the full spectrum of legacy issues, from day-to-day administration through to resolving disputes. We also have sector-leading expertise in fundraising.
Beyond legal advice, we foster a community of charity practitioners, both experienced specialists and new-comers to the sector, by providing regular training and other events.
