Aisha is an Associate in the Immigration Department and specialises in personal and business immigration.

Aisha is experienced in dealing with Tier 2 and 5 of the points based system. She regularly assists with urgent sponsor licence applications, post TUPE transfer submissions to the UKVI and compliance support to Tier 2 sponsors with a particular focus on advising faith and charity based organisations. Aisha provides support to many corporate clients and manages the process of Tier 2 applications from start to finish. Aisha is also particularly skilled in dealing with complex Representative of Overseas Business and Indefinite Leave to Remain applications, as well as regularly speaking at leading industry events.

  • Assisted with a complex Armed Forces naturalisation application;
  • Provided training in relation to UKVI changes, the impact of the Migration Advisory Committee and sponsor compliance.
  • Successfully assisted a high profile overseas company set up in the UK and obtain a Representative of Overseas Business visa for their CEO
