Jess is a solicitor in the Public & Regulatory and Charity & Social Enterprise teams, specialising in advising on general regulatory matters, constitutional issues and charity law compliance for charities and non-profit organisations. Jess has particular experience in election and campaigning law, including the regulation of campaign finance, content and tactics, campaigning and political activity by charities, regulation of lobbying, strategic litigation, election-specific court applications and regulatory investigations regarding campaigning and election rules.
