Joanna is a solicitor in BWB’s Public and Regulatory Law department. Joanna has assisted with a range of public law and regulatory matters including advice on public inquiries, health and social care queries, codes of conduct and professional discipline. She has also advised on a range of information law queries and specifically data protection, confidentiality and privacy. Joanna has a background in education and charity law matters having previously worked for three years with BWB’s education and charity teams. During that time, Joanna’s work included advice on the establishment of free schools and the proposer group’s statutory obligations under education law, charity law and company law. She was seconded to New Schools Network in 2014.
