Molly joined the Corporate and Commercial team after completing her training contract at BWB. Molly advises a wide range of businesses and social enterprises on commercial issues including brand management, data protection, marketing, fundraising and intellectual property rights. Molly also has strong experience advising on consumer protection law in relation to social enterprises, commercial companies and the financial services industry. With a background in arts and media, Molly particularly enjoys advising cultural and creative clients, assisting regularly with intellectual property and contract advice.
