Paul helps charities, social enterprises and commercial organisations navigate challenging and strategically important workplace issues, involving change programmes, discrimination, grievances, performance management, disciplinaries, dismissals, whistleblowing, restrictive covenant drafting and enforcement, TUPE and data protection.
