Firm legal foundations underpin your governance, legal compliance and your success. Our company secretarial services provide those foundations for your charity, social enterprise or business.
You have legal administration and public registration obligations. You have to keep formal legal records, like registers. Notify events and changes to regulators, like Companies House or the Charity Commission. File data and documents so the public can find out about the organisation, its activities and its people.
We support and help you with all of this.
You can choose the service option that suits you best, such as:
- Company secretarial service (charitable or commercial company)
- Charity secretarial service for a charitable incorporated organisation
- Registered office address service (company) or public address service (CIO)
We can also give other special assistance that will be particularly helpful to you.
